Claude Teams
How to create and manage multi-agent teams with Kuroryuu.
Overview
Claude Teams is the core orchestration feature of Kuroryuu. It lets you create, monitor, and manage multi-agent teams running in Claude Code.
Creating a Team
You can create teams directly from the Kuroryuu sidebar:
- Click the + button in the Claude Teams section
- Choose a template or create a custom configuration
- Set the team name, description, and teammate models
- Click Create Team
Team Templates
Save frequently used team configurations as templates for quick reuse. Templates include:
- Team name pattern
- Number of teammates
- Per-teammate model selection (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku)
- Task definitions
Monitoring Teams
Once a team is running, Kuroryuu provides:
- Health monitoring — 30-second polling with unresponsive detection (>5 min)
- Graph visualization — See team structure in Hub & Spokes, Hierarchy, or Timeline view
- Task tracking — Monitor task progress with Kanban board and Gantt timeline
- TTS announcements — Hear agent completion announcements via text-to-speech
Team Lifecycle
- Created — Team files written to
~/.claude/teams/ - Active — Agents are running and communicating
- Archived — Session automatically archived before cleanup
- Cleaned up — Team and task directories removed
Bulk Operations
From the team panel, you can:
- Shutdown all — Send shutdown requests to all teammates (with confirmation)
- Broadcast — Send a message to all active teammates
